MICHAEL A. NEUMAN,
Michael’s successful career in C-Level executive leadership roles has spanned both startup and Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes B2B and consumer products and services companies based in Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Neuman has started and led subscription companies through significant change, including turnaround, re-organization, sale, and merger as well as very high growth in the fields of telecom, satellite TV, Internet, and data communication. In wireless, Neuman led Canada’s largest MNO through unprecedented growth and profitability and started the country’s only successful MVNO, Virgin Mobile. Neuman founded and led Canada’s largest Satellite TV company, which is now the third largest broadcast distributor in the country.
LL.B, Founder and CEO
Gregory Gundelfinger is the CEO of Telna- a Lawyer by profession and serial entrepreneur from South Africa. Gregory has started and sold several successful companies. He relocated to North America to pursue a business in technology. Gregory identified that eSIM, converged communication and software-defined networks are the future of cellular communication. He led the acquisition of Telna in 2015 and developed himself into a thought leader for telecommunications. He is now a sought-after speaker at annual eSIM summits, MVNO and IoT conferences in both Europe and the Americas.
BASc, J.D., COO
Dominik serves as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on International business development, product strategy, supply chain management, and overseeing the development teams. Dominik negotiates systems contracts and manages the roadmap to support Telna’s MNO/wholesale customers. Previously , Dominik served as a software consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He holds a BASc in Computer Engineering from York University and a Juris Doctor, Law from the University of Toronto.
Bilingual senior executive with over 21 years of experience across the technology and mining sectors including 9 years in investment banking and equity research. He began his career in network cost control at Fonorola followed by financial management positions at Bell Canada, BCE Nexxia and Teleglobe. Marc is currently the CFO of Telna. He holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designations and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in Montreal.
